A leading material handling company is seeking a Global Growth Market Manager to own and lead omnichannel marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with sales and product teams, managing the marketing budget, and utilizing CRM tools for performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial sectors, strong expertise in CRM and analytics, and fluency in English. A flexible travel requirement of 25% is also included in this role.

Ingersoll Rand’s Material Handling business is seeking a strategic, hands‑on marketer to own global marketing for our Material Handling Business.

Job Summary

The Global Growth Market Manager for Material Handling is responsible for leading omnichannel marketing initiatives that support business growth, lead generation, and customer engagement, while closely partnering with Sales, Product Management, Operational / Technical Support teams.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Contribution (Support business development through targeted marketing initiatives; Identify and act on market opportunities using data insights and customer feedback; Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with commercial goals).
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting (Track KPIs and campaign ROI across channels; Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations).
  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategy (Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partner channels; Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoint; Align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches).
  • CRM & Database Management (Own and manage Salesforce CRM for Material Handling; Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and integration with marketing automation; Analyze customer and campaign data to inform strategy and optimize performance).
  • Budget Management (Develop and manage the marketing budget for Material Handling; Monitor spend, ensure cost-effectiveness, and report on ROI; Align budget allocation with strategic priorities and campaign performance).
  • Agency & Partner Coordination (Manage relationships with external lead generation and marketing agencies; Oversee briefing, execution, and performance tracking of outsourced campaigns; Ensure agency outputs align with brand standards and strategic priorities).
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, and / or Product.
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or material handling sectors.
  • Strong expertise in CRM, Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

25% travel flexibility

  • Experience managing external agencies and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
  • Strong Marketing Performance experience
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
