Job summary
A leading AI training firm is looking for a Vietnamese Language Specialist to help develop effective AI language models. Candidates should have expertise in linguistics with a Master's or PhD preferred. Responsibilities include engaging with language models to improve their accuracy and capturing errors for better performance. This is a remote, contractor position offering a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications

On a typical day, you will converse with the model on language scenarios, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A master’s or PhD in Vietnamese language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal; peer‑reviewed publications, translation or interpretation experience, teaching credentials, or hands‑on linguistic analysis projects signal fit.
