A leading recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Representative fluent in French to join a dynamic team. In this fully remote role based in Bulgaria, you'll engage existing and prospective clients, manage a sales pipeline, and contribute to revenue targets. Ideal candidates are fluent in French, possess sales experience, and thrive independently in a remote setting, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and career growth.

- Native or fluent French with strong written and verbal skills.
- Previous experience in outbound sales or tele-sales.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator able to build rapport quickly.
Responsabilités
- Engage clients to present new solutions and drive sales growth.
- Make high volumes of outbound calls and targeted emails.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Report on pipeline status and performance metrics.
- Assist with market research and uncover new opportunities.
