A leading aerospace company is seeking an Export Control Investigator in Toulouse, France. The role involves conducting investigations on Export Control regulations and collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance. Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in U.S. Export Control regulations, strong interpersonal skills, and be proactive and organized. Airbus is looking for an Export Control Investigator (m/f) to join our Legal department based in Toulouse, France.
In the context of the current effort to further implement Export Control regulations, Airbus needs to investigate allegations of potential Export Control violations and prepare required disclosures to export authorities, especially the U.S. DDTC and BIS. The Export Control Investigations team within the legal department oversees this process at Group level. Investigations cover company-wide operations, products, and programs. Airbus relies on a diverse network of Export Control professionals in all three Divisions across regions who also support relevant investigations.
Toulouse, the global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of outdoor activities.
