A fast-growing hotel SaaS platform is seeking an Area Sales Manager in France for a full-time freelance role. The candidate will identify independent hotels and build trust while promoting our all-in-one platform. This position requires a native-level French speaker with 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales, excellent networking skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a strong base salary of €2,500–€3,000 gross/month, quarterly commissions, and personal growth opportunities within a diverse international team.

Are you a relationship-driven go‑getter ready to shake up the hotel tech scene in France?

Noovy is looking for an Area Sales Manager (Individual contributor) with a passion for hospitality, SaaS, and helping hotels thrive in the digital age. You'll be responsible for identifying independent hotels across France, building trust, and guiding them through the benefits of our all‑in‑one platform.

What you'll do:
  • Proactively identify and creatively approach hotels in France, pitching Noovy as their next tech partner
  • Visit European fairs like ITB & IHS and Interorgan and local industry events
  • Run demos and collab with Marketing
  • Share market feedback to shape our product roadmap
  • Travel to meet hotels in person
You bring:
  • Native level French speaker
  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in hospitality/travel)
  • A networker’s mindset
  • Confidence using digital tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Full‑time availability and valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
  • You live in France/Paris Region. Your target region is more of France/Paris Region
