A leader in the food industry is seeking a Data Analyst RGM Manager to drive analytics supporting its revenue growth management efforts. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in FMCG, and possess strong communication skills to convey insights effectively. The role involves collaboration with global and local teams to implement strategic initiatives that support the company’s aims for sustainable growth. English fluency is required; other languages are a bonus.

Qualifications

  • 6/7 years experience in data analytics applied to commercial/business topics, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and business case construction.
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages is a plus.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a cornerstone of Bel Groups Business Plan success. The acceleration and standardization of RGM practices across all markets is essential to delivering our growth ambitions strengthening our competitiveness and embedding a value-driven mindset globally.

In this context the Data Analyst RGM Manager will play a critical role in shaping this transformation ensuring that RGM becomes a fundamental lever for the companys sustainable profitable growth. This position offers the opportunity to shape the companys future commercial model and actively contribute to one of Bels most strategic projects. The Data Analyst - RGM Manager reports to the Global Director RGM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation & Business Partnering: Drive the RGM analytics part of the transformation roadmap in prioritized countries acting as the main business point of contact for IT/data teams during the deployment of new analytical tools. Facilitate adoption and maximize business impact through close support of local teams. Accelerate best practices sharing trough countries.
  • Project Management: Contribute to global RGM projects ensuring high analytical standards stakeholder alignment and successful implementation within timelines.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Design lead and execute analyses on commercial and market data in collaboration with local teams to identify revenue growth drivers and margin opportunities.
  • RGM Initiatives: Support the deployment and measurement of RGM initiatives (pricing promotion assortment trade terms mix management) across all business units.
  • Visualization & Storytelling: Structure synthesize and communicate analyses via clear dashboards executive presentations and strategic recommendations to support top management decisions.

Desired Profile
  • 6/7 years experience in data analytics applied to commercial/business topics (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong experience in data analysis modeling visualization and business case construction
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and influencing skills
  • Capacity for cross-functional and cross-country collaboration in an international matrix environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilize and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals while fostering a collaborative and excellence-driven environment.
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages is a plus
