A private equity-backed IT services company in Paris seeks an experienced Executive Chairman to drive strategic vision and growth. The role involves supporting the CEO and overseeing key transformation projects like AI and cloud strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven executive experience in Digital/IT Services, a collaborative leadership style, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is an advantage.
Our client is a well‑established, private equity‑backed IT services company with a strong presence across Europe. The business specialises in delivering innovative and reliable IT Services and Digital Transformation for customers across all sectors.
They are now entering a phase of transformation and acceleration, within their own business, to ensure the company can thrive in the current market.
As part of this process, they are looking to hire an experienced Executive Chairman to support the CEO with the strategic vision for the growth. The Executive Chairman will bring an external perspective, assisting and challenging the CEO in defining and executing the groups transformation plan to drive the strategic vision of the company.
Working on key transformation projects (verticalization of offerings, AI, cloud, international development, etc…), you will ensure there is the best platform in place for future growth.
The ideal profile will be an excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial outlook, a strong track record of building and executing on the strategic vision, delivering business growth and ideally one or more successful exits.
