The Operations & Maintenance Procurement and Contract Manager will provide all elements of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management support to Ocean Winds’ operational assets within the country. Responsibilities include procurement process management, contract negotiation, contract management and administration, payments/forecasting, SRM, and reporting. The role also includes direct line management of procurement personnel who will assist in delivering the required scope.
The Operations & Maintenance Procurement and Contract Management team runs project sourcing processes and specializes in tendering, contract negotiations, and contract management. They are accountable for sourcing products and services at the best cost for value (competitive total cost, HSE, lead time, quality, etc.) and ensuring processes are compliant and efficient. They lead commercial and contractual negotiations and work closely with engineering, operations, legal teams, and stakeholders. They identify contractual risks and recommend mitigations or solutions, including dispute resolution and claims management.
