EVSE Project Manager - EV Charging

Salary - €60,000 - 72,000 Base + 20% Variable Bonus + Car / Allownce + Benefits

As part of their ambitious deployment plan, they are looking to recruit in France and looking for an EVSE Project Manager to join its 'Infrastructure' team!

Under the responsibility of the Head of Infrastructure France :

• You ensure the conduct and completion of all technical feasibility studies, in particular electrical for the deployment of a network of charging facilities for electric vehicles (EVSE), as well as the preparation, the management and monitoring of projects for electric vehicle charging facilities (EVSE) throughout France;
• By your good mastery and operational vision of deploying infrastructure accessible to the public, you are the guarantor of carrying out studies until the construction phase of all projects under development, ensuring that the technical specifications, administrative and financial are respected and ready to be implemented;
• You are the guarantor of the proper coordination of the various service providers involved in these projects, the respect of commitments and schedules, from the opening of the site until the commissioning of the charging stations, including the steps for connecting an HTA station; you ensure the proper execution of any additional work (urban equipment, dry networks and wet networks);
• You carry out necessary execution studies for the installation of charging stations;
• In permanent contact with the development teams, the HSEQ manager, the procurement teams (based in Italy), you are the dedicated contact to validate the technical and economic feasibility of the sites under study;
• Your proactive attitude allows you to provide visibility and optimal control of future and ongoing projects, offering good mastery of the deliverables of its ambitious roadmap;
• You provide regular and proactive reporting to your Management;
• Frequent travel is to be expected for site visits throughout France.

• Independent in nature, you have at least 5 years of experience in a company specialized in EVSE;
• You have experience in managing construction sites for low-power, and ideally high-power (50kW and more) charging stations, and have experience in construction work, VRD work, and also in electrical engineering;
• You have a perfect knowledge of electrical and network issues (AC / DC current, BT networks / HTA...), as well as the regulations in force in these fields and in infrastructure construction in general;
• Through your rigor and ability to synthesize, you are able to ensure the monitoring of a significant number of projects in parallel;
• You master the AUTOCAD 2D / 3D software;
• You have a good command of English to communicate regularly with the Italian teams;
• You are focused on results with a strong ability to deliver;
