As part of our continued growth and increased focus on digital transformation, we are looking to hire aLead Digital Asset Consultant Europeto strengthen our team.

As a Lead Digital Asset Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that bridge the gap between OT and IT. You will be part of a team of engineers and consultants, guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys—from real-time data integration to cloud-based analytics and digital twin implementations.

You will work on diverse, high-impact projects across industries, helping clients unlock the full potential of their operational data.

You will:

• Conduct assessments of current data landscape and provide guidance on future architecture, incorporating industry best practices.

• Architect and implement scalable digital asset solutions using technology such as Microsoft Azure (Synapse, Azure ML, Data Factory, IoT Edge/Operations, Fabric, etc.), AWS (SageMaker, Aurora, Dynamo DB, Kinesis, etc.), Databricks and Snowflake.

• Design and deploy real-time data platforms, digital twins, and machine learning applications.

• Develop and implement custom integrations between OT systems (e.g., AVEVA PI, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT) and IT/cloud platforms.

• Implement and configure AVEVA PI systems, including data collection, asset framework and integration with cloud and business intelligence platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure project delivery excellence, from design to deployment and support.

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Chemical, or Mathematical Engineering) or equivalent.

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial digitalization, software development, or data integration.

• Strong background in OT/IT convergence, real-time data systems, and cloud technologies.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • AVEVA PI, AspenTech IP21, or similar time-series data historians

  • Cloud systems

  • Python, Angular, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML5

  • DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code

• Familiarity with asset framework, digital twins, and machine learning deployment.

• Experience in leading technical project delivery with direct client interaction

• Excellent communication

• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
