A leading media company in France is seeking an Operations Leader to manage the Truganina Print Centre. This role involves overseeing budget management, driving performance, and ensuring compliance while leading a team of over 100 employees. Reporting to the General Manager of Production Operations, this role is responsible for driving the overall performance of the Truganina Print Centre. By striking a balance between cost-efficient production, quality products and a safe workforce, the Operations Leader problem-solves, leads transformational change and engages our employees to deliver exceptional outcomes. Critical to the success of this position is a leader who can build relationships across different levels of employees, from a frontline operator to senior management, both from our own business and our commercial partners. As a member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will also be responsible for leading key projects that will contribute to the overall success of the broader business.

A key contributor to integrating and prioritising new products into the production schedule.
