Job summary
A multi-specialist company in digital consulting is looking for a Technical Lead based in Nantes. You will oversee project launches, lead a development team, and ensure compliance with coding practices. Proficiency in Java 11 and Angular 9 is essential, along with a higher education in computer science. The role involves coaching and supporting team members while managing technical roadmaps and collaborating with architects and scrum masters.
Qualifications
- Essential proficiency in Java 11 and Angular 9.
- Experience in project/team management will be an asset.
- Knowledge of related technologies like Spring, JPA, Jenkins, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Technically lead the development team.
- Monitor the launch and progress of projects.
- Select technical components and drive prototyping.
- Manage technical roadmaps and ensure compliance with processes.
- Support and develop team members.
Skills
Education
A multi-specialist player in digital transformation, business consulting and technology consulting, Audensiel supports its clients in all sectors of activity in France and internationally in the following areas:
- Digital: digital transformation projects, from project management using the Agile method through AMOA and application development to acceptance/testing.
- Consulting: IT consulting within IT departments and business consulting within functional departments specifically for Banking, Insurance and the Pharmaceutical Industry in their issues of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and transformation of financial departments.
- Data/AI: Architecture and development of Big Data solutions with data engineer and data scientist consultants. Development of innovative artificial intelligence projects for our clients in the form of POC.
- IoT: Exploitation of data from connected objects and their processing within complex interconnected systems. Design of the entire value chain to provide the best user experience for these new services and optimize productivity gains.
- Cybersecurity: Support on the governance of our clients' cybersecurity issues. Audit and project management for data defense and security.
- Cloud/DevOps: Support at different levels of your project, strategy and governance, architecture, development or even DevOps.
- Technically lead the development team;
- Monitor the launch of the projects consumed and the Remainder to be done;
- Lead prototyping and selection of technical components;
- Assign development tasks: Support, Coaching;
- Manage the technical roadmap at team level;
- Be the guarantor of process compliance and good code practices;
- Perform technical monitoring and be proactive in improving processes;
- Support and develop team members;
- Collaborate closely and daily with the architect and the scrum master.
From a higher education in computer science.
Proficiency or appetite for project/team management and some technos will be an asset to join our team: it is essential to be proficient on Java 11, Angular 9, Html, Spring, JPA, Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, SQL, CSS, Git and SVN.
