Qualifications

  • Expérience dans la vente B2B SaaS ou e-commerce axée sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Capacité démontrée à conclure des affaires de grande valeur avec des clients d'entreprise.
  • Compréhension de l'écosystème e-commerce et des plateformes publicitaires.

Responsabilités

️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

1. Strategic Positioning and prospecting

  • Identify and target high-potential accounts and merchants based in France;
  • Develop tailored prospecting plans informed by market trends and customer requirements;
  • Team up with Marketing, the Business Development Team, Partner team, Product and the management team to guarantee for new customers to choose Lengow.

2. Full Sales Cycle Management

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes: from discovery calls to product demos, negotiations, and contract signings;
  • Experience in winning RFx (RFI and RFP) is mandatory : ability to orchestrate internal collaboration, facilitate top notch responses, highly-anchored positioning and impactful presentations
  • Showcase Lengow’s platform and its product offerings as a strategic solution to customers’ e-commerce challenges, addressing pain points, and delivering measurable ROI;
  • Exceed individual sales KPIs, including lead-to-deal conversion rates and revenue targets.

3. Client Portfolio Growth

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, positioning Lengow as their preferred e-commerce partner;
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth.

4. Reporting and Optimization

  • Ability to give visibility to the Board with accurate forecasting
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM;
  • Analyse monthly performance reports, highlighting progress, key wins, and areas for improvement;
  • Provide insights to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and market approaches.

  • The first month: Onboarding plan
    • Complete Lengow solutions trainings
    • Understand and use our internal tools
    • Meet the teams
    • Shadowing client facing interactions of other Account Executives, BDR and CSM
  • The second month: Ramp up
    • Pitch Lengow and run a presentation (based on Sales deck)
    • Run a demo of Lengow’s solutions
  • The third month : Start making business

Skills & Experience

  • Sales Expertise:
      • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sales with a focus on new business acquisition;
      • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Industry Knowledge:
      • Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, shopping feeds, price intelligence and advertising platforms;
      • Experience working with retailers, brands, or digital agencies is a strong plus.
  • Communication & Relationship Building:
      • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex solutions and build trust with stakeholders;
      • Ability to adapt your approach to engage C-level executives and technical teams alike.
      • Native Spanish is mandatory, English is required and French is a must.
  • Proactive and Goal-Oriented:
      • Thrive to exceed sales targets and take ownership of challenges;
      • Ability to experiment with new approaches and innovate sales methods to achieve results;
      • Data-Driven to identify trends and make data-backed decisions.
  • Business builder:
      • Structure and tenacity to guide stakeholders through their decision process;
