As a Digital Art Director, you will play a key role in designing and producing high-value digital interfaces, working closely with UX, strategy, and development teams.
Role requirements
- Designing user journeys and immersive digital experiences.
- Creating UI mockups for showcase websites, e-commerce platforms, landing pages, etc.
- Translating visual brand universes into functional and elegant interfaces, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Actively participating in the development of experience concepts (narrative, interaction, visual storytelling).
- Contributing to production phases and responses to calls for tenders.
- Presenting and defending creative ideas to clients, in both French and English.
Qualities & characteristics
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a digital agency working on UI projects (desktop & mobile).
- Strong visual culture and a clear sensitivity to luxury brand codes.
- Expert proficiency with Figma: design systems, responsive design, prototyping.
- Excellent understanding of accessibility principles, visual hierarchy, UI typography, and modular design.
- Ability to combine art direction, UX logic, and conceptual thinking.
- Strong skills in grids, components, and symbols.
- Experience creating UI guidelines and complete digital brand manuals.
- Comfortable with production art direction: adaptations, quality control, typographic precision.
- Ability to collaborate closely with UX, motion, tech, and content teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in French and English).
- Experience with international or multi-market projects is a plus.
- Experience in beauty, spirits, or fashion sectors will be particularly valued.
Bonus Skills :
- Sensitivity to motion design or UI animation (micro-interactions, transitions, etc.).
- Interest in interactive, immersive, or gamified experiences.
- Strong digital culture and knowledge of the latest UI trends.
- Familiarity with complementary tools or languages: After Effects, Principle, Webflow, HTML / CSS (basic knowledge).
- Sensitivity to 3D in interfaces (WebGL, spatial interactions).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc.) to enhance creative exploration.
