You support the Deputy Corporate Legal Director and his team in their daily tasks, particularly in corporate law. You manage the legal follow-up of the group's 1200 subsidiaries, are involved in internal restructuring operations, capital operations, and the integration of company acquisitions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Law / Legal Studies, ideally with a specialization in corporate law.
- You are proficient in legal databases (Légisway), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Your English is fluent (reading, writing, and communicating with English-speaking colleagues).
- Ideally, you also speak Spanish.
- You are rigorous, organized, have good oral skills, writing skills, a capacity for synthesis, and a team spirit.
