Job summary
A leading marketing agency for contractors seeks a Senior Creative Partner to own and scale creative outputs. This hands-on role involves producing high-quality video, ad content, and designing landing pages that convert. Compensation includes a base salary of $3,000–$5,000/month plus performance-based revenue share. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in creative roles, particularly for residential contractors, and possess elite skills in ad messaging, video editing, and design.
