Description du poste
About The AI Studio

Puig’s newly formed AI & Innovation Department exists to empower and support brands to leverage AI to create value. Within this department, the AI Studio operates as a full‑fledged creative studio—an internal agency partnering with brand teams and internal functions to deliver a wide variety of AI‑enabled projects.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Project Manager (CDD 6 months, renewable) to help orchestrate a growing portfolio of AI projects across multiple brands and stakeholders.

This role is primarily focused on orchestrating a high volume of projects—ensuring the right work moves at the right time with the right people (internal teams and external partners)—rather than managing one large project in depth.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, AI Studio Manager and the AI Studio team at large, and collaborate with brand teams, internal functions and external agencies/freelancers.

Location
  • Paris (on-site) — preferred
  • Stockholm (on-site) — possible for an exceptional candidate
  • Candidates must haveʻauthorization to work in France (French work permit).
Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate a large number of AI projects in parallel: intake, prioritization, planning, coordination and follow‑up.
  • Build and maintain a clear portfolio‑level view of all AI Studio projects (status, dependencies, risks, key milestones, resourcing).
  • Coordinate resourcing and dispatch work across internal contributors and external partners (agencies, freelancers), ensuring timelines and workloads remain realistic.
  • Drive prioritization discussions with stakeholders when requests exceed capacity; make trade‑offs visible and help align decisions.
  • Establish and continuously improve Ways of Working for the AI Studio: project intake,ಿಳ briefingارو templates, steps and approvals, cadence, ಬೀ reporting.
  • Identify blockers early, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery by coordinating decisions and actions across teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for outside partners, ensuring clear expectations, scope alignment and delivery follow‑through.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal functions (e.g., Procurement) as needed to support partner collaboration.
-eslint of Projects You May Coordinate
  • AI‑enabled campaign projects
  • AI‑powered customer experience initiatives (retail and beyond)
What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative/agency environment (production, operations, project coordination, PMO, etc.).
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage trade‑offs in a fast‑changing environment with many simultaneous requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills: planning, follow‑up, structure, documentation, action tracking.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills: comfortable collaborating Vu brand teams, internal functions (e.g., Retail, IT, Procurement) and external partners.
  • Ability to create clarity in ambiguity and build lightweight processes from scratch.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to learn (AI expertise is not required; training will be provided).
Languages
  • French: ideal
