A leading IT services company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to reinforce the HR department. In this role, you will collaborate with managers to achieve business objectives, develop HR policies, and promote a performance-oriented culture. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and at least 5 years of HRBP experience in complex organizations. This hybrid position offers flexibility with 2-3 days in office weekly.
As a HR Business Partner you will make an impact by reinforcing the Human Resources department of the French entity. You will be in charge of several organizations for which you will be the privileged point of contact of our managers. You will equip and advise them so that they deliver the business objectives expected by the company, support the development and engagement of their employees and contribute to maintaining a great place to work. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2‑3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Paris.
