We are seeking a temporary Global Category Buyer – IT / IS, to support the IT strategy category with a spend of approximately €200M and to coordinate a global network of IT buyers.

As a key member of the Global Procurement Team, you will collaborate across Lactalis's various business divisions to drive impactful and strategic projects. Your focus will be on optimizing quality, cost, innovation, and overall performance across IT categories including Hardware, Software, Communication, and Services.

This high-visibility role will position you as a strategic player in shaping and executing the global IT / IS procurement strategy.

Your Mission & Challenges:

• Lead operational negotiations for complex and strategic IT projects, driving cost optimization and value creation.
• Develop expertise in IT procurement within a dynamic international environment.
• Support global initiatives to enhance the economic and sustainable performance of the IT category.
• Co-animate an international network of 15+ regional and local buyers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

What is Essential for Us?

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT procurement with a proven track record of impactful results.
• Fluency in English and French.
• A strategic mindset, capable of aligning stakeholders across various functions and seizing new business opportunities.
• Ability to align strategy and stakeholders around identified and emerging business opportunities.
• Resilience and tenacity, combined with strong relationship-building skills to establish credibility and an efficient network.
