Job Summary

The Technical Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth through identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Potential Clients: Responsible for identifying and developing corporate clients, researching and converting business opportunities, creating personalized collaboration plans, and promoting business cooperation projects to expand the company’s market coverage and share.
  • Support Market Activities and Opportunity Conversion: Evaluate and screen potential clients acquired through events and various channels, understand their real needs, and convert those insights into effective business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as regional partners (e.g., system integrators and cloud providers), to encourage product adoption and foster long-term collaboration.
  • Solution Design: Design and propose complex, customized technical solutions that address business needs and align with customer goals.
Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing or related fields.

Work Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Background in SaaS, cloud, artificial intelligence, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Experience in client development through offline events or digital marketing (such as LinkedIn ads) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the European tech ecosystem or the GenAI market is preferred.

Language Skills

English can be used as the working language, and proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish will be a plus.

  • You have experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage.
