Une entreprise de conseil cherche un Junior Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Officer pour contribuer à la stratégie de recrutement. Vous allez recruter des consultants, organiser des stratégies d'approche et qualifier des candidats. Un bon niveau d'études en RH et une première expérience en recrutement sont requis. Un environnement de travail stimulant avec des activités extra-professionnelles est offert.

Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'études supérieures dans une école de commerce ou domaine similaire.
  • Première expérience en chasse de tête appréciée.

  • Organiser la stratégie d'approche des candidats.
  • Qualifier les candidats potentiels par téléphone.

As part of its growth and search for new talent, Equancy is recruiting a Junior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Officer.

The Talent Acquisition, accompanied by a senior TA, will have the following missions:

Responsibilities
  • The recruitment of consultants for all practices: take briefs from internal clients and help them identify the skills and background required for each position;
  • Organize the candidate approach strategy: social networks, advertisement, communities, etc.;
  • Publish job offers;
  • Qualify potential candidates over the phone and explain the position, the context and the company's challenges;
  • Ensure a watch on the new modes of sourcing inherent to digital, data jobs and generation Y or Z candidates.

Recruitment of trainees:

  • Supporting Equancy's presence at targeted Grandes Ecoles fairs;
  • Sorting of resumes and qualification of candidates.
Profile
  • 5 years of higher education (business school, Master's degree in human resources management, or labor law and social relations)
  • A first experience in headhunting (internship or permanent contract) and a strong interest in digital and consulting
