Qualifications

• 5 ans d'études supérieures dans une école de commerce ou domaine similaire.
• Première expérience en chasse de tête appréciée.

On a daily basis, Equancy's consultants support the transformation of companies by contributing to the evolution of business models, the design of customer experiences, the optimisation of operational processes, the use of data, the measurement of marketing & media performance, or the design of Big Data architectures.

As part of its growth and search for new talent, Equancy is recruiting a Junior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Officer.

The Talent Acquisition, accompanied by a senior TA, will have the following missions:

Responsibilities

• The recruitment of consultants for all practices: take briefs from internal clients and help them identify the skills and background required for each position;
• Organize the candidate approach strategy: social networks, advertisement, communities, etc.;
• Publish job offers;
• Qualify potential candidates over the phone and explain the position, the context and the company's challenges;
• Ensure a watch on the new modes of sourcing inherent to digital, data jobs and generation Y or Z candidates.

Recruitment of trainees:

• Supporting Equancy's presence at targeted Grandes Ecoles fairs;
• Sorting of resumes and qualification of candidates.

Profile

• 5 years of higher education (business school, Master's degree in human resources management, or labor law and social relations)
• A first experience in headhunting (internship or permanent contract) and a strong interest in digital and consulting
