A leading energy company in Luxembourg is seeking a Support for Connection Process Management to assist the Process Owner in managing applications and contribute to process digitalisation. The ideal candidate should have a technician diploma in electrical engineering or renewable energy, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in multiple languages including Luxembourgish, French, and German. Your tasks
  • You support the Process Owner in the daily management and development of the applications related to the connection process and act as the main point of contact for all process-related questions
  • You contribute to the digitalisation and optimisation of the process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • You continuously update the process by drafting clear guides, manuals and descriptions for regional centres and stakeholders
  • You ensure end-to-end quality monitoring of the process, from the customer’s request to the closure of the case
  • You collaborate with regional centres to identify needs and potential improvements
  • You monitor and share key performance indicators (KPIs) and support users during process or application updates
Your profile
  • You hold a technician diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering and / or renewable energy
  • An initial experience in process management or operational follow-up, ideally in the energy sector, is considered an advantage.
  • Rigorous and well-organised, you are recognised for your strong writing skills.
  • You are team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proficient in Luxembourgish, French and German; fluency in English is considered an asset.
