Une entreprise biopharmaceutique de taille moyenne recherche un(e) stagiaire en finance pour contribuer aux analyses financières et au soutien aux prises de décision. Ce rôle implique des tâches variées telles que la gestion des clôtures mensuelles, la préparation d'analyses ad hoc et la collaboration au sein d'une équipe internationale. Le candidat idéal doit être étudiant en Finance et Gestion et maîtriser l'anglais et le français.

Summary & Purpose of the Position

As part of the Commercial & Global Alliances financial team, you will contribute to the financial controlling of Global Product and Portfolio Strategy (GPPS), Neurotoxins and Global Alliances divisions. The role consists in performing financial analysis to support decision-making, supporting the elaboration of short and mid-term forecasting phases, running monthly closings, assisting in purchase-to-pay process and in monitoring financial flows related to Alliances contracts.

Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
  • Perform financial analysis to support Management in making effective business decisions
  • Build impactful presentations for the for the executive management
  • Assist in the preparation and restitution of ad-hoc analysis
  • Contribute to monthly closings and budgeting cycles (short and mid term)
  • Participate to monthly check-ins and financial reviews
  • Assist on the monthly landing by posting accounting journals (accruals, pre-paid, cross-charges)
  • Consolidate and automatize forecasting data load in the financial systems (TM1, SAP, ICore)
  • Calculate and monitor royalty standards in accordance with contractual terms with external partners
  • Monitor milestone database and associated intangible amortizations
  • Contribute to intercompany flows settlement and postings
  • Support OTC / P2P processes
  • Edit debit notes to external partners
  • Monitor the payment of royalties & milestones to be paid to external partners
  • Support business in monitoring P2P tools / implementations
  • Run ad-hoc projects
  • Assist controlling team on external and internal audits
  • Manage controlling analytics (database, hierarchy) and financial systems integrity
Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge & Experience (essential):

  • Curious about understanding the business

  • Agile and proactive, you communicate with the team on your achievements or difficulties.
  • Very rigorous and concise, you will know how to compile information in different formats
  • Reliable and responsive, you know how to meet deadlines and your commitments
  • Elementary knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge & Experience (preferred):

  • First internship in the field of Finance controlling / Audit / Accounting
  • First experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools
Education / Certifications (preferred)
  • Currently studying for a degree Finance and Management (Business School or University)
Language(s) (essential)
  • Fluent in English and French with strong verbal and written communicational skills
