A leading digital advertising company in Paris is seeking an experienced Sr. Industry Manager to lead its Retail Ad Sales Team. This role requires a strong sales background, proven management skills, and deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in advertising and a passion for driving results through exceptional team leadership. In-office collaboration is needed 1-2 times weekly.
As Sr. Industry Manager you will define launch and drive strategic outcomes and operationalize the vision for the sales team. We are looking for a high-performing candidate with experience building advertising / media sales teams, a passion for solving ambiguous problems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally and globally. Our advertising business is thriving, our user base continues to grow, and we believe the impact of this role can fuel our company to grow in unprecedented ways.

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we’re not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Paris office.
