Role Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising night shift operations at the sorting center. This includes managing parcel flows, resolving exceptions, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires hands‑on leadership, clear communication, and strong organizational skills to maintain operational discipline and support team performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise parcel sorting and rerouting activities during night shifts
2. Manage unplanned parcels and exceptions (e.g., relabeling, missing tracking)
3. Monitor parcel flow and identify anomalies (e.g., parcels without exit trace)
4. Ensure timely departures and adherence to operational procedures
5. Lead and motivate a team of approximately 10 operators
6. Train new staff on core processes: injection, sort route mode, sort parcel mode
7. Enforce safety standards and verify palletization and documentation accuracy
8. Report daily shift performance and issues to the Ops Manager

Must-Have Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations
2. Proven ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills
4. Proficiency in parcel tracking systems and warehouse tools
5. Fluent in French; English is a plus
