ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We are looking for a Senior Payroll & Benefits Consultant to join our HR Operations team in Barcelona.

In this role, youll manage payroll and benefits across multiple countries while coordinating with payroll and benefits vendors. Youll play a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery, while also supporting benefit programs that directly impact our employees experience.

This is a key role in a growing HR Operations team, reporting to the Payroll Manager (based in Barcelona), and collaborating closely with local HR team members, Finance, and external vendors.
