In this impactful role, you will empower medical professionals by training them in high-precision surgical innovation. Working at the intersection of technology and medicine, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and diverse clinical departments to deliver hands-on training programs - and play a key role in continuously evolving training concepts that truly make a difference in the OR.

Description

  • Plan, organize, and deliver hands-on and virtual training sessions for surgical teams and medical staff across specialties such as urology, gynecology, general and thoracic surgery
  • Evaluate and refine the European training concept to ensure high-quality education
  • Collaborate with external training centers and medical societies to develop state-of-the-art educational programs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and support the sales team during customer engagements when needed
  • Prepare, maintain, and update training materials in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure content relevance
  • Gather and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical and clinical follow-up support to training participants in their daily use of the robotic system
  • Contribute to internal projects related to training and develop standardized training protocols
  • Train internal staff and distribution partners to ensure consistent technical knowledge across all stakeholders
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and resource management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all training-related activities
  • University degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Sciences, or comparable qualification; alternatively, extensive experience in the operating room environment
  • Experience in product training as well as in the creation of training materials
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with various clinical professionals
  • Ability to effectively present complex technical content
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for training sessions and events
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required & additional European languages are an advantage
