What you’ll do

Asa SeniorConsultant, ProductManager ,youwilldrivethestrategicdesignandexecutionofdigitalproductsforourclients,actingasakeyinterfacebetweenbusinessgoals,userneeds,anddeliveryteams.Yourroleblends productleadership with organizationaldesign,helpingclientsnotonlybuildtherightproductbutalsosetuptherightteamstodeliverit.

Responsibilities

• Leadingproductengagementsfromdiscoverytodelivery,structuringworkstreamsandaligningbusiness,tech,anddesignstakeholders.
• Shapingproductvisionsanddefiningroadmapsthatdeliverbusinessimpactandcustomervalue.
• Designingandimplementingteamstructures(e.g.,squads,tribes,impactteams)tailoredtoclientmaturityandcontext.
• Supportingclientsinsetting productOKRs,definingteammissions,andaligningincentiveswithproductstrategy.
• Facilitatingworkshopsandframingcomplexproblemsintoactionableproducthypotheses.
• Coachinginternalandclientteamsonproductwaysofworking:agilerituals,leanexperimentation,backlogmanagement.
• Contributingtointernalknowledgebuildingaroundmodernproductorganizationsandtransformationmodels.

Requirements

We’relookingforahybrid strategist-builder, someonewhounderstandstherigorofconsultingandtherealitiesofdigitalproductdelivery.Youknowhowtonavigateambiguityandbringclarity,structure,andvelocitytocomplexenvironments.

You’lllikelybring

• 5-8+years’experienceintop-tierconsulting,digitaltransformation,orproductstrategyroles.
• Experienceworkingonorwith productteams (asaPM,PO,orconsultantembeddedindelivery).
• Strongskillsinorgdesign,especiallyaroundproduct-centricteamstructures (squads,OKRs,operatingmodels).
• Provenabilitytoleadcross-functionalteamsoradviseC-levelstakeholdersonscalingdigitalcapabilities.
• Asolidgraspofagilemethods,leanstartupprinciples,anduser-centricdesign.
• Excellentsynthesis,storytelling,andcommunicationskillsbothintheboardroomandwithdeliveryteams.
