Our La Verrière site is looking for a Segment Leader H/F.
Lead supplier relationships and implement the Group Purchasing strategy to achieve the KPIs of your assigned segment within your scope (Segment, Business Group, Region).
You are responsible for the QCD performance of the segment for Valeo sites in your region, for both standard purchases and projects.
You represent the GSD regionally in the Pre and Sourcing Committee process.
You preside over the Sourcing Committee for your Valeo site scope.
You escalate and seek arbitration at the appropriate level if a decision from the SoCo is not accepted or implemented by Operations or Projects.
You regulate capacity load and dependency during the business allocation process.
You manage relationships with suppliers on behalf of GSD within your scope.
You promote supplier performance improvement within your scope.
You monitor supplier performance, negotiate, and track improvement plans for your top suppliers in your segment and scope.
You lead efforts to reduce supplier risk for your segment and scope.
You maintain close relationships with project buyers to ensure alignment with segment strategy and that regional or Business Group needs are considered in the segment strategy.
You develop medium-term visibility on new business allocations and resource sharing from the early project stages.
You prepare and lead the annual procurement budgeting process for your segment within your scope.
You develop an aggressive plan for QCD improvement and obtain GSD validation.
You conduct relevant analyses on key performance indicators and implement associated improvement plans.
You have at least 3 years of purchasing experience.
You are communicative and proactive.
You have a professional level of English.
