The Role

We are seeking a Security Architect to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our cybersecurity strategy within a Service Provider context.

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop security architectures that align with business objectives, meet regulatory requirements, and proactively address emerging threats. Your work will be rooted in key domains such as Zero Trust, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Security Service Edge (SSE), and Security Operations (SOC).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a modern, scalable, and adaptive security architecture framework aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Lead risk assessments and threat modeling activities to identify, prioritize, and mitigate threats across our IT and business landscapes.
• Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and controls, ensuring compliance and consistency across environments.
• Drive adoption of technologies such as IAM, encryption, authentication / authorization, and network security solutions within a SASE / SSE framework.
• Partner with the SOC team to enhance threat detection, incident response, and continuous monitoring capabilities.
• Perform security due diligence and third-party / vendor risk assessments to ensure alignment with internal and industry standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security architecture within a Service Provider or large enterprise environment
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures, including network segmentation, identity-based access controls, and micro-perimeter enforcement
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including federation, MFA, PAM, and lifecycle management
• In-depth knowledge of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Security Service Edge (SSE) frameworks and technologies
• Familiarity with SOC architecture and operations, including SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and threat intelligence integration
• Strong foundation in cloud security principles and technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Understanding of AI-driven security tools and analytics, including behavior-based detection and automation use cases
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Solid knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, IDS / IPS, EDR / XDR, vulnerability management, and encryption mechanisms

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or related vendor certifications (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft SC-100)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in designing security architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including DevSecOps integration
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in telco or managed services environments (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
