Your mission
- Reporting to the Managing Director Benelux, you take over the responsibility of developing the Toilet Cabin business. The base of operations is Lot.
- You lead, coach, and inspire a team of four sales professionals ensuring the team\'s development and growth aligns with the company's needs and ambitions.
- Together with your sales team and the Key Account Manager, you maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and identifying cross- and upselling opportunities. You recognize broader issues that may impact the customer journey and respond proactively (hunting and farming).
- You identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored products and services to prospective clients.
- To support this shift, you set up dashboards and benchmarks for effective tracking and monitoring of sales activities and results.
Profiel
Trackrecord in B2B sales management
- You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- You have a few years of proven successful experience in B2B sales management, preferably in sales of services and in after sales and leading a team.
- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and are adept at collecting and analysing information to improve service quality and customer experience. You can make informed decisions, take responsibility, and think entrepreneurially.
- You communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in Dutch, English, and French.
