A minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience is required, along with proficiency in English and preferably French. A few months ago, we opened our first physical store in Barcelona, and now we’re taking the next step: we’re arriving in Paris.

Store Manager (35h)

Start date: Mid-February

Availability: Weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts required

Your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to convey the Meller essence.
  • Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Set clear objectives and keep the team focused on achieving them.
  • Oversee daily store operations: cash register, stock, replenishment, organization, promotions.
  • Communicate directly with the retail team in Barcelona to track KPIs, objectives, and team development.
  • Solve issues, make decisions, and propose continuous improvements.
  • Ensure the store looks impeccable and is always ready to surprise customers.
