Une entreprise de ressources humaines recherche un Responsable Sécurité et Environnement en CDD de 12 mois à Argenton-sur-Creuse. Responsable Sécurité et Environnement CDD H/F

Missions

• Security & Risk Prevention: pilot the safety documentation (DUERP, procedures, job safety analyses), anticipate project impacts on working conditions and safety, participate in COPIL, CSE CSST, project groups, and track indicators via dashboards.
• Training & Regulation: define annual objectives, organize trainings (authorisations, heights work), ensure regulatory compliance and update practices, manage prevention plans, conduct periodic checks, handle work accidents, PPE, and risk postures.
• Fire Safety & Ergonomics: manage documents and exercises related to fire safety, participate in safety visits (firefighters, authorities), analyze work situations, propose corrective actions, and support ergonomic projects (TMS, transfer of skills).
• Training & Awareness: be present on the field to train, audit, and coach teams; organize safety events (training, awareness actions), and animate safety communications (signage, materials).
• Environment & Quality: ensure compliance with sorting and storage of chemicals, ICPE regulations; monitor environmental indicators and propose optimizations; contribute to the QHSE system (audits, documentation, compliance).

Rémunération

• Salaire brut annuel: 40 000 – 45 000 € (13 months)

Profil recherché

• Bac +3/5 in safety and environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in ergonomics is a plus

• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and standards
• Proficiency with office tools and project management skills
