Integrated into the operational teams, you will contribute to improving the quality of our software versions by being the guarantor of the stability of our reference software branches. This will require defining and implementing a rigorous process for verifying patches (setting up delivery sheets, understanding the patch, risk analysis, performing unit & system tests, writing update procedures) and communicating with the teams in charge of deploying these patches.
A complementary objective will be to work closely with our test automation teams of which you will be a customer. You will conduct these tests on a dedicated platform and analyze the results according to a compliance plan before integrating any new patches into the stable branch.

Who are you?
You have proven skills in the following areas :
Software version control (GIT / BitBucket) and patch backport tool
Confluence-type document management tool
Bug tracking tool (ideally Jira)
Analysis of VOIP technical problems based on log files and proposal of reasoned resolution hypothesis
