Job Description

The Recruitment Manager contributes to sustainably and positively supporting the growth of Wavestone, with the support of a Recruitment Leader. The mission is to attract top talents, enhance current and future teams, and promote the employer brand across all our countries in close partnership with all business areas.

For approximately 500 graduate recruitments across various practices, the main responsibilities include:

  • Establishing as a business partner with practices by understanding their needs, translating them into recruitment objectives, and defining strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Leading a team of around 10 junior recruiters, managing their development and fostering a positive team environment to meet collective goals.
  • Analyzing KPIs, assessing risks, defining corrective actions, and managing plans with stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment processes to stay connected to the field and set an example.
  • Implementing transformation projects within the recruitment function to maintain market recognition.

Qualifications

  • Between 7 and 10 years of experience.
  • Being an ambassador of the Positive Way, exemplifying Wavestone’s values and serving as a role model.
  • Ideally from a consulting background, or from recruitment agencies or corporate groups known for HR excellence.
  • Analytical, goal-oriented, adaptable, and quick to learn.
  • Strong leadership, effective communication skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Organizational agility, resilience, and positive change management skills.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
  • Graduated from top management schools.
  • Salary: 60-75k€.
