Description du poste

As Property & Network Director for Western Europe, you will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Pandora’s real estate function. You will collaborate with the regional management team and the Global property team to develop business and store development strategies for O&O stores in Western Europe. Your duties will include supervising property management services such as store design, maintenance, planning, budgeting, and office management. Reporting to the Global Property VP and the Western Europe GM, you will manage a team of 10 people.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Define the property development strategy for the Western Europe cluster to support Pandora’s growth ambitions.
  2. Manage real estate selection and leasing processes for all Pandora retail stores in Western Europe (France, Spain, and Portugal).
  3. Maintain a pipeline of future store locations.
  4. Achieve financial targets through negotiating leases and renewals for stores and offices, in collaboration with Legal.
  5. Supervise repair and maintenance activities with vendors.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as mall leasing executives, suppliers, landlords, and industry players.
  7. Participate actively in the Western Europe leadership team.
  8. Manage property teams in France, Spain, and Portugal.
  9. Represent Pandora’s values—We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Deliver—in interactions with staff, partners, customers, and suppliers.

Experience and Skills

  1. Over 10 years of leasing experience in major shopping centers or retail environments.
  2. Knowledge of metropolitan markets and shopping centers at a national level.
  3. Strong leasing and negotiation skills.
  4. Experience managing intercultural teams.
  5. Stakeholder management, business partnering, and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
  6. Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Flexibility, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  10. Passion for team development and leadership.
  11. Willingness to travel regionally regularly.
  12. Extensive experience working with an international brand in a collaborative matrix setting.
