Description du poste

Bouygues Construction’s Procurement network is developing a decentralised purchasing policy, organised as a network and coordinated on behalf of Bouygues Construction's activities.

Contract Management

Reporting to the Purchasing Operational Excellence team, your main mission will be to contribute to the deployment of the contract management process within Bouygues Construction :

• Manage and deploy the process and performance of contracts throughout their life cycle in France and abroad.
• Coordinate and manage the updating of the contract database.
• Support the roll-out of the new contracts tool
• Contribute to continuous improvement with the Legal Department (support buyers during negotiations, anticipate contract renewals).
• Propose tools to communicate and highlight purchasing recommendations and strategies.
  
  

Leading The Purchasing Network

• Train the purchasing network in contract management.
• Organize the contract management committee.
• Participate in the internationalization of purchasing contract management.
  
  

Profile Required

• Experience in purchasing.
• Appetence for legal and contractual issues.
• Fluent in English.

Role

As a member of the Purchasing Department, you will play an essential role in Bouygues Construction's environmental and social transition. It is your responsibility to make the following missions part of your day-to-day work :

• Reduce the carbon footprint of purchasing and promote the circular economy.
• Promote local economic development by integrating VSEs, SMEs and social structures.
• Ensure suppliers respect human rights and ethics.
• Develop sustainable partnerships by assessing suppliers' CSR performance.
