Une entreprise leader en intelligence consommateur recherche un analyste opérationnel pour gérer les relations avec ses clients distributeurs. Vous serez responsable de la conception des rapports et de la garantie de leur livraison dans les délais impartis. Le poste exige une bonne compréhension des processus opérationnels et des compétences en SQL. Vous ferez le lien entre équipes techniques et commerciales en veillant à la satisfaction du client.

Qualifications

Job Description

Role Description:

You will be the privileged contact for one or multiple of our distributor customers. You will be responsible for the operational design of our clients' deliverables to ensure their satisfaction.

You will advise, suggest, and discuss possible standard solutions with the sales teams and customers according to the needs expressed. You will act as a link between the sales teams and the technical/production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure direct communication with the customer (telephone, email), especially in the event of incidents, also lead operational meetings with the customer, understand their needs and requests.
  • Design and ensure the implementation of the reports/insights of the distributor customers, ensuring that the expected quality and delivery deadlines are respected.
  • Implement and propose solutions according to specifications and technical possibilities
  • Analyze and identify points reported by internal and external customers, find the origin of problems in the event of unjustified data discrepancies, incidents related to production or delivery.
  • Recognize and escalate technical issues to the technical support team.
  • Communicate effectively:
    • with members of the operations team about specifications and solutions that can be offered to customers
    • with members of the sales team, especially on urgent requests, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate with other teams (Sales Teams, Technical Team, Production Team, Input Validation) to build together a solution that meets customer requirements and ensures production standards
  • Support global/local projects by participating in the construction of reports / insights
  • Ensure that process documentation is updated regularly and shared with the right people

Your profile:

  • You are a confident and enthusiastic person, able to manage and organize your workload independently and according to different priorities
  • You have a master's degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Logistics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • You are fluent in French and English (oral and written).
  • You have a good knowledge of the SQL language.
  • You demonstrate a willingness to understand operational processes "end-to-end" and are able to translate business expectations into technical specifications.
  • You have knowledge of the FMCG industry and an understanding of market data.
  • You are able to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have a positive and results-oriented attitude.
  • You have the ability to work effectively within a team in order to achieve the objectives set together.
