Role Overview

PNY Technologies EMEA is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the marketing, business development, and strategic coordination of NVIDIA graphics cards designed for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning, and professional workstation applications.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the commercial success of NVIDIA GPU solutions across the EMEA region.

The Program Manager will be responsible for driving business performance through effective go-to-market programs, partner engagement, and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management
  • Plan and Execute Programs: Design and manage go-to-market and growth programs for NVIDIA’s professional GPU products targeting AI and workstation markets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate between PNY sales, product management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Performance Ownership: Monitor business results across revenue, profitability, and market share; propose corrective actions to maintain performance targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and vertical segments to expand PNY’s presence in the AI and graphics ecosystem.
Marketing and Go-to-Market Activities
  • Program Design: Develop and implement integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and partner initiatives to promote NVIDIA GPU solutions to enterprise, OEM, and reseller audiences.
  • Partner Collaboration: Drive co-marketing and joint programs with NVIDIA and channel partners, leveraging MDF and marketing resources effectively.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide product communications, training materials, and promotional assets to support the regional sales network.
  • Event & Campaign Management: Lead trade show participation, seminars, webinars, and digital campaigns that highlight NVIDIA professional GPU technologies.
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze market data to support pricing, product performance tracking, and regional strategy adjustments.
  • Marketing Program Leadership Animation : Act as the central driver for marketing program animation, ensuring continuous engagement with internal teams and channel partners
Performance Tracking
  • Define KPIs to measure program effectiveness and product impact in terms of awareness, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and satisfaction.
  • Produce regular performance dashboards and business reviews to guide management decisions and inform NVIDIA partnership discussions.
Travel & Field Engagement
  • This role requires frequent travel across the EMEA region to support partners, attend industry events, conduct market visits, and lead strategic meetings with NVIDIA and key accounts. The Program Manager must be comfortable representing PNY externally and managing on-site business activities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing program management, product marketing, or business management in the technology or IT hardware industry.
  • Strong understanding of professional graphics, AI computing, or high-performance workstations.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional marketing programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English (French or other European languages a plus).
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
