Your Impact

The Product Marketing Manager role is based out of Europe and reports to the Marketing Head and will be responsible for driving product success by bridging Product, Sales, and Marketing, owning product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, focusing on market research, launch plans, sales enablement, and ensuring customer adoption through compelling content and customer journey focus, acting as the voice of the customer internally.

What You’ll Do
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct competitor & market research, understand customer needs, and analyze customer feedback.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define unique value propositions, create compelling narratives, and align messaging across segments.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute launch plans for new products, driving commercial success.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, training materials, and tools to help sales teams sell effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Customer Lifecycle: Guide customers from awareness to loyalty, focusing on retention and reducing churn.
  • Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
  • Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work related issues, and elevate as needed to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

  • Market research & analysis experience.
  • Dental product experience required.
  • Successfully led several launches.
  • Orthodontic product experience is preferred.
