Why This Role?

At Colt, we’re expanding our presence in France and seeking a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new French multinational mid-market customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead strategic sales engagements with French mid-market multinational prospects.
  • Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC).
What You Bring
  • Proven success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.
  • Experience selling into French multinational mid-market companies, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.
  • A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to win.
