Maersk is looking for ambitious graduates to join ourContract Logistics Management Graduate Programme– a two‑year journey designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and logistics.

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development.

Warehouse and Contract Logistics:

In our Warehouse and Contract Logistics pathway, you will immerse yourself in the core operations of supply chain management, focusing on optimizing storage, distribution, and contract logistics solutions. You’ll gain hands‑on experience managing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless integration of logistics services that meet our clients' needs. With guidance from industry leaders and real‑world challenges, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and innovation in logistics management. You will shadow our First Line Managers and Shift Managers, therefore you will follow a rotating shift pattern, and be fully immersed in the day to day running of the warehouse.

2 x 12‑month placements

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

• Recent graduate bachelor’s degree Minimum 2:2.
• A recent graduate (or soon‑to‑be) with a degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
• You have your driver's license and you have a vehicle.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly Organised, strategic thinker.
• Resilient and comfortable with change
• Commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English written and Oral is essential
