Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital-first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

In November 2025, Good Brands unveiled its latest venture, Sujet Parfums, bringing its innovative approach to fragrance and expanding into new global markets.

Typology has an incredible growth in its first and domestic market - France - and is accelerating in its cross border expansion, notably in the US. In this context your mission will be at the heart of the Operations team located in our headquarters to ensure delivery excellence to our customers in all geographies.

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate all logistics flows of the Brand, in France and abroad.
  • Ensure that shipments to customers are made on time and to a high standard of quality.
  • Use data to improve operations: inventory levels, order fulfillment times, and other key metrics
  • Lead discussions and annual negotiations with carriers and main logistics partners
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between warehouse inventory and system records
  • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with the warehouse team to address any operational issues and continuously improve processes

  • Autonomous : enjoy working independently with support from the manager whenever needed
  • Attention to details : being involved in daily tasks around business topics and operations/logistics processes
  • Analytical and forecasting skills : understanding the business needs & provide high level analysis to help monitor and improve operations performance
Profile
  • Fluent in French and English
  • 5 years of experience
  • Expertise in working daily with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Strong experience in Operations (supply, operations, logistics)
  • Significant experience in e-commerce or B2C industry
