A leading company in energy solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA Region to drive technology licensing and product sales. The ideal candidate will have approximately ten years of experience in the energy or chemical sector and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves developing relationships with clients and navigating complex sales involving multiple stakeholders and technical content.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in sales in the energy or chemical industry.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Central European or Scandinavian languages is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Prospect and identify opportunities for technology licensing and product sales.
  • Connect with the energy transition ecosystem to promote Axens' technologies.
  • Develop long-term client relationships from engineers to executives.
  • Lead bid/no bid meetings and prepare commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts in coordination with the Legal Department.

The Commercial Business Division is looking for a Licensing and Products - Regional Sales Manager (F/M) for the EMEA Region to cover Central/Northern European countries market.

LOCATION: Rueil-Malmaison – France or Northern/North Eastern European countries

Missions
  • Prospecting and identifying opportunities in the area for all the Axens’ integrated offering especially technology licensing and products sales
  • Connecting with the energy transition ecosystem in the market to position Axens' technologies and products (such as sustainable aviation fuel production processes, plastic recycling, carbon capture, etc.) in a market that is developing quickly
  • Developing long‑term connections with clients at every level, ranging from process engineers to C‑level executives
  • Leading bid/no bid meetings and sales tactics
  • Regularly prepare and utilize Blue Sheet / Green Sheet tools
  • Be responsible and coordinate internally with all the different departments the timely readiness of the offers technical and commercial
  • Preparing commercial offers
  • Negotiating contracts in coordination with the Legal Department closing deals
  • Maintaining a sponsor relationship with the client during contractual execution
  • Maintaining an accurate forecast and a healthy prospects pipeline in the area with relevant CRM compilation and reporting
Knowledge and Required Level
  • You are an experienced sales engineer with approximately ten years of professional experience and an in‑depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry with ideally experience in the field of process technologies and/or industrial catalysts.
  • You have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • The knowledge of other European languages such as Central European / Scandinavian languages.
