Overview

We are a luxury villa development and management company in Bali, specializing in high-end real estate projects. We are looking for a Land Acquisition Officer to help us scout and evaluate land opportunities for future villa developments.

Responsibilities

• Actively scout and survey potential land plots across Bali.
• Collect key details: size, zoning, access, infrastructure, and ownership.
• Support preliminary feasibility checks and due diligence.
• Maintain and update a land opportunities database with maps, prices, and status.
• Prepare short reports and updates on newly scouted sites for management.
• Assist in organizing site visits for senior management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Property, Business, Urban Planning, or related field (preferred but not required if experienced).
• 1–2 years’ experience in real estate, property scouting, or research.
• Familiar with Bali land market and zoning basics.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Able to travel frequently and work independently.
• Proficiency in Indonesian; basic English an advantage.
• Comfortable using Google Maps, Excel, or other database tools.
