This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious IT procurement professional to join a global leader at the forefront of digital transformation. The organisation is looking for an autonomous, high-performing IT Buyer with strong software procurement and contract management experience to support business-critical projects and shape complex commercial agreements across France.

Operating at the heart of the business, the IT Buyer will collaborate closely with local bid teams and senior stakeholders, helping to design and deliver strategic offers for major clients . This is not about managing small day-to-day IT demands — instead, it’s about leading high-impact procurement activities across software, licensing, SaaS, cloud, and IT services , contributing directly to large-scale deals that define the firm’s success.

The role offers exceptional exposure to senior decision-makers, highly complex negotiations, and unique procurement challenges. Every project is different, with new opportunities to test your commercial acumen and elevate your expertise in IT category management .

Candidate profile :

• 5+ years’ experience in IT procurement with a strong focus on software and technology categories
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and management (licensing, SaaS, cloud, IT services)
• Confident, autonomous operator , able to work with minimal direction and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Bilingual – French and English fluency required
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to pitch at senior levels and influence strategic outcomes
