International Key Account Manager – Europe (Key international markets)

Reports to: Director of Global Sales

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven International Key Account Manager to grow our European distributor network, strengthen existing partnerships, and open new markets. This role requires someone fast, proactive, and comfortable owning revenue goals while building strong long-term relationships.

What You'll Own
Partner Management & Expansion
  • Manage and grow key EU distributors
  • Identify and open new markets
  • Build quarterly business plans with each partner
  • Hold partners accountable for execution and sell‑through
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop market‑specific sales plans
  • Track performance, sell‑through, and forecasting
  • Drive revenue targets and growth KPIs
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and education trends
  • Share insights to help shape global and market‑specific strategies
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Align with Marketing, Social, and Education on launches, PR, and education calendars
  • Support localized strategy based on market needs
Representation
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, trainings, and partner visits
  • Represent DESIGNME with the energy and professionalism of our brand
Who You Are
  • 4+ years in international sales or key account management
  • Experience in beauty/haircare preferred
  • Strong communicator and negotiator
  • Organized, proactive, and able to own revenue targets
  • Based in Europe or UK, with ability to travel
  • French/English bilingual preferred
Bonus
  • Experience with distributors or salon networks
  • Existing EU professional beauty network
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools
