A global hospitality leader in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive operational HR strategies and transform organizational dynamics. You will enhance relationships across departments, lead talent acquisition, and engage in change management initiatives. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in operational HR, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to align HR strategies with business needs. A proficiency in English is required for this role.

As part of the Talent & Culture Department, your mission is to implement the Group's HR strategy, support organizational transformation, and drive performance improvement across diverse departments reporting to different COMEX members.
