Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Framatome Site Manager and the functional responsibility of the IBC Home Office Senior manager, the Installation Manager is responsible for executing site works associated with the EM2 package within the contractual context of the HPC construction site:
This must be done in compliance with safety, security rules, quality standards, and project schedule applicable on site, as well as local labor regulations.
The Installation Manager is supported by all EM2 project and installation sections and is the main on-site contact managing interfaces with PCM manager, PCM site staff, project department, erection engineering teams, other site erection units, QA, H&S, customer supervision, local administration, and safety authorities.
Description of duties:
Educational Basics:
Qualified general engineer with extensive experience in new works, large-scale maintenance, large component replacement (RPVH, SG, etc.), and managing projects abroad.
Professional Basics:
Ability to manage a team of over 100 people, including expatriates and local personnel, as well as subcontractors, in a multi-disciplinary and multicultural environment.
Experience in managing erection sites, including organizational setup, budgeting, and subcontract management.
Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical assembly and welding.
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with well-developed didactic abilities.
Excellent organizational and methodological skills.
Ability to build quality relationships with internal units, customers, subcontractors, and local service providers.
