Qualifications

• Compréhension technique des projets photovoltaïques souhaitée.

Technique Solaire is a French independent producer of solar electricity founded in 2008. The group generated €150 million in revenue in 2022, €200 million in 2023, and €240 million in 2024. It has 1 GWp of photovoltaic energy production capacity, either operational or under construction worldwide, and operates 3 biogas production units in France.

We are experts in developing, financing, building, and operating solar projects.

The company expanded internationally in India (2014) and the Netherlands (2018). We entered the Spanish market in 2022.

Job description:

The position is located in Paris. You will report to the Chief International Officer.

Your role will have a global responsibility for the international development activities of the group:

Oversee development phases across countries (origination & development); our subsidiaries abroad include the Netherlands, India, and Spain, with plans to start in a new market in 2026.

Monitor the development of the international pipeline (greenfield development, RTB/brownfield acquisitions, partnerships) in line with expected returns and the group’s strategy & values.

Work closely with country organizations to:

1. Follow latest market trends, including competition analysis, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
2. Propose methodologies and conduct analysis of new market segments relevant to country strategies.
3. Set and oversee action plans for each country to meet targets of our international Roadmap (via greenfield initiatives, co-development, M&A).
4. Coordinate support from group functions to respond to public/private actions.

Lead the definition and execution of processes & tools (e.g., CRM, GIS, project management tools).

Plan and monitor support from the group’s central organization.

Desired knowledge and experience:

• At least 5 years of international experience in the solar/renewables energy industry.
• Successful experience in project development activities (origination, permitting, etc.).
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high standards in financial modeling and presentation skills.
• Ideally, a good technical understanding of solar PV projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deeply involved, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Analytical and capable of summarizing complex topics.
